Assisted Voluntary Return and Reintegration(AVRR) program


  The International Organization for Migration (IOM), the Mission in Romania, in partnership with the    Refugee Jesuit Service (JRS), implements the Support Program for Assisted Voluntary Return and Reintegration (RVAR) project, contract number FAMI / 17.01.02, co-financed under the National  Program - Asylum, Migration, and Integration Fund through the Immigration General Inspectorate (IGI).


INTERACT- Integrated services for migrants, social and multicultural dialogue

The International Organization for Migration (IOM), Mission in Romania in partnership with Ecumenical Association of Churches in Romania – AIDRom, Schottener Social Services Foundation, Craiova Global Help Association and the National Association of Exporters and Importers from Romania are implementing, between May 2016 -  May 2017, the INTERACT- Integrated Services for Migrants, Social and Multicultural Dialogue.



ADMin4ALL - Supporting Active Inclusion of Disadvantaged Migrants In Europe is an initiative that takes place in Italy, Austria, Poland and Romania and that aims to enhance the capacity of local governments to develop sustainable strategies for the successful social and economic integration of vulnerable migrants.

Bucharest and Cluj Napoca are two representative cities that became a new home for migrants from outside the European Union.

The integration of these persons is a priority for local authorities, in whose support there will be training sessions for a better understanding of migrants’ needs and for a successful management of their expectations.
