ADMin4ALL - Supporting Social Inclusion of Vulnerable Migrants in Europe is an initiative aimed at increasing the capacity of local authorities to develop sustainable strategies for the social and economic integration of vulnerable migrants.

In our country, Bucharest and Cluj Napoca are two of the representative cities that have become a new home for migrants from countries outside the European Union. In order to better understand the needs of migrants and manage their expectations, training sessions were organized in the benefit of local public authorities, for which the integration of migrants has become a priority.

REACT_RO: educational resources for migrant orientation and Romanian language courses in Romania- second phase

The International Organization for Migration (IOM), Office in Romania, in partnership with the Intercultural Institute in Timisoara and the Schottener Social Services Foundation, are implementing the REACT_RO project between July 2017 and January 2019: educational resources for migrant orientation and Romanian language courses in Romania.

The project integrates two phases:

- the first phase: from 18th of July 2017 to 17th of July 2018

- the second phase: from 18th of July 2018 to 17th of January 2019.

IOM Romania is implementing, between March 2018 – August 2019 the project called LINK-IT - Linking predeparture and post-arrival support to facilitate the socio-economic integration for resettled refugees in the EU. The project is funded by the European Commission through the Directorate-General for Migration and Home Affairs (DG Home) as response to a call for proposals under FAMI-2016-AG-INTE-01.
